Marine Electrical Engineering - IME Repair Services

 

IME was established in December 2006 as a Marine Electrial Engineering Company and consisted of four employees covering a variety of electrical work for both marine/industry and petrol chem.

 

With a combined knowledge of 40 years experience in these fields, IME grew at a rapid rate and by the summer of 2007, we had doubled our workforce and established ourselves as a one stop shop for all marine electrical repairs, and with the ability to deal with major projects, IME continued to grow tendering and winning larger and larger jobs.

 

In 2008 we started our Motor Rewind Department along with workshops dedicated to the repair of motor and generator sets, from then to the present day, IME have continued to employ and now have 18 employees, covering all the fields listed on the website.

 

Apprentices have also been brought in via JTL & VT, ensuring the highest standards and knowledge are retained.  Skills that that are already available are passed on to these bespoke industry.

 

IME offers 24 hour breakdown and repair services 365 days of the year, our phones are always manned and breakdowns are dealt with, within the first 2 hours of initial contact. We believe our ability to react in an instant is key to your requirements and IME's reputation.

 

In 2011 the company appointed individual employees in a supervisionary role to control the day to day running of the many different electrical industries associated with IME.
