Installation of new dredge pump on Sand Heron by IME

IME carried out the removal of the existing motor and drive cabinets, plus installation of the new drives, and manufacture of the motor bed plate. IME then fitted the motor to the bed, laser aligned to the pump, and commissioned. All of this work was completed within the timescale and on budget.
